So nice to meet you

I’m originally from the Netherlands and developed an interest in photography from the age of 16. As a result of spending many hours experimenting in the dark room before digital was available, I developed a passion for photography.

In 1999 I travelled around the world for a year, developing way too many rolls of film along the way (these days are gone now). I arrived in Sydney in December 1999 and met the love of my life; husband and father of my 2 beautiful boys.

I realise that photography is a passion I cannot deny myself off. When I am at a photo shoot and the adrenaline is running through my body and feel thrilled with excitement when I see that perfect shot developing through my camera.

I take a lot of pride in my work and seek to improve my photography skills by remaining openminded, always try to find creativity within, but mostly simply enjoy the shoot.
